Entrants using US mail may enter as often as they wish. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 26, 2018 and received by October 3, 2018. Limit one entry per stamped envelope. Mechanically reproduced or pre-printed mailing labels or entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process will not be accepted. Mechanical stamping machines are acceptable. Incorrect, illegible, corrupt, and incomplete entries are void.
Grand Prize (1): The home located near Sapphire, NC that is featured in the “DIY Network Ultimate Retreat 2018” special (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) (ARV: $778,630; $50,000 awarded in the form of electronic funds transfer courtesy of Quicken Loans.
Note: Winner will have the option of receiving $400,000 in cash. If Grand Prize Winner elects to take the Cash Option, the Grand Prize winner will still receive the Cash Prize.
Total ARV of Grand Prize is $828,630 if Grand Prize Winner takes title to the DIY Network Ultimate Retreat 2018 or $450,000 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu.
Love all the houses that you all redo. This one in Sapphire looks perfect. Need to find someplace for mom. My husband is ready to retire so this one would be perfect too. Years ago I tried to help my best friend keep her house but she passed away before she could pay me back. Winning this house would prove to me that good deeds are rewarded.
My husband and I would love to win this house. We have raised 3 grandchildren and 1 great niece all due their moms being on drugs and fathers in jail. My husband is retired military and has just finished chemo and radiation. We just went through hurricane Florence. We came out better than some. We really could use a break, and this house would be perfect.
