Twelve (12) Prizes: a prize package consisting of: items chosen by Oprah, listed in the 2014 O List Favorite Things edition appearing in the December 2014 issue of O, The Oprah Magazine, however, such prizing shall be at the discretion of O, The Oprah Magazine (ARV: $13,237); and $3,971 in cash, which Winners may use, if they so elect, to help defray any tax liability they may incur in connection with their acceptance of the Prize Package.
