I just tested it and it seems to be working. Are you scrolling down the page and selecting food items from each category, filling out the form and then clicking “Finish My Card”?
Same last eve, 12/16, and this AM, “Submit” not active/doesn’t work 🙁

I received an email on 12/4 stating I won $1000 Walmart gift card and to submit my mailing address and haven’t heard anything more. How do I know it was official? The sweepstakes I entered was 11/2014 to 12/2/2014.
Read the rules. If you responded within two days and submitted an affidavit, you should receive a check within 6 to 8 weeks, which means that you’ll probably receive your check for $1000 around mid to late January. Here is a portion of the rules: Prizes will only be mailed to the Prize Winner’s address in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or D.C. Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for shipment.
