To Enter the In-store Sweepstakes: visit a participating Coffee Beanery location during normal business hours during the Entry Period and obtain and complete an entry form; and submit the entry form to the designated box or other indicated receptacle displayed at the Participating Retail Location.
Entry Limit: one entry per person/household per day regardless of method of entry.
