Hey everyone, this auction style contest is very winnable, but you HAVE to be willing to spend some money. I won last night with just over 32,000 points, but I have probably spent around $250 in Dew and Doritos. If you enter a Mt Dew and Doritos code at the same time, you get a 50 point bonus, so make sure to take advantage of that. I entered every single code as a combo to get that extra 50 points. You can also usually get friends and family to donate codes, as most of them are probably not interested in messing with it. We’re only a few days in and it runs until Dec 9, so still plenty of time to collect and enter points. Winning bids have also been trending downwards every day since auctions started and look likely to go as low as 25k before it’s all over.
Good luck to all, and stick with it, but remember that no way you stand a chance if you think buying the occasional bag of Doritos or 2L of Dew is going to be enough. It takes a serious outlay of cash, but in the end is worth it, because you basically will end up with a $500 gaming system, a $60 game, and all the product you bought for somewhere between $200-$300 if done right. If you’re not willing to part with that kind of cash, then I would forget the auctions and focus on getting enough to redeem for something in the marketplace, or just stick to sweeps entries.

You are totally right Chuck…I’m in the same boat with you. I’ve already invested so much time, energy and money that I’m NOT giving up now. I’ve been watching from day 1 and the numbers have gone down. At first they were going from 51,000 upwards of over 100,000 points now I’ve seen some as low as 24,000 ..I think that was the second day?? but then they went back up again. I’m holding out for BLACK Friday as well, it won’t be 150 every 2 minutes it will be 720 every 2 minutes. So hopefully all those who are bidding now will be depleting their points by then, if we are lucky? I’m still banking points and doing it together like you and starting tomorrow CVS will have the 2 liter Dews on sale for 2/1.00 there is a limit of 4 but you know you can take your wife, husband, kids or whomever that has a CVS card and score a few more. This is the best deal I’ve seen on 2 liters in along time and it’s only Sunday and Monday.
Best wishes to everyone I will be back on hopefully saying I scored one :0)

Did you find out how long before it would be shipped to you?
Chuck says
No additional word about when they will ship, other than what’s stated in the official rules, which is 10-12 weeks. Someone on another forum supposedly called and was told that units would start shipping on Nov 22 but would take up to 10-12 weeks to arrive. But they did also say that most should arrive far sooner than that, so my best guess for people who won in the first few days is arrival somewhere in early to mid December, and getting pushed out further for later winners.

I have discovered a trick to get FREE MOUNTAIN DEW or DORITOS CODES, without much effort and without spending tons of money buying Mountain Dew or Doritos!
Mountain Dew & Doritos company is partnered with hotmail during this promotion, and their system email address is [email protected] This is an automated technical support address that is used to help users find answers to common problems. What the Mountain Dew & Doritos company doesn’t know, is that there is a glitch in the system where you can get free Mountain Dew or Doritos os codes by confusing this automated address!
If you send an email to this address with a specific format using HTML coding, you can trick the system into giving you 10 free unused codes. All you need is 1 unused Mountain Dew or Doritos code for this to work. What happens is when you send your valid Mountain Dew or Doritos code along with the HTML coding to this address, the system becomes confused. Within 24 hours, the system will send an automated response with 10 new unused Mountain Dew or Doritos codes to you! The only problem is that the original Mountain Dew or Doritos code that you send will become invalid, but that doesn’t matter, since you are getting 10 more anyway!
If you follow the instructions below, you can turn 1 Mountain Dew or Doritos code into 10 Mountain Dew or Doritos Codes. If you do this 5 times with 5 different Mountain Dew or Doritos codes, you will end up with a total of 50 Mountain Dew or Doritos codes. If you do this 55 times with 55 different Mountain Dew or Doritos codes, you will end up with 550 Mountain Dew or Doritos codes, which is enough to get that Xbox One! The possibilities are ENDLESS!
You can do this as many times as you want, as long as you use a VALID Mountain Dew or Doritos code each time!
This is How it’s Done:
Send an email to and have the subject be “Mountain Dew” or ”Doritos” and type this in the message field:
http://winevey2minutes.hotmail.com/ud/0249901/code=“type your valid Mountain Dew or Doritos code here”0093kd0983ld0al08dawe.html
Where the HTML code says “type your valid Mountain Dew or Doritos code here” you need to replace that text with your valid Mountain Dew or Doritos code. This command will trick the system into sending you 10 unused codes within a 24 hour period.
Here is an EXAMPLE: (Note: The code below is NOT valid)
http://winevery2minutes.hotmail.com/ud/0249901/code=“DKA1K9POR3″0093kd0983ld0al08dawe.html
REMEMBER: Your Mountain Dew or Doritos Code MUST BE UNUSED or this will not work! If you put in a Mountain Dew or Doritos code that has already been used the system won’t send you anything back.

I’m trying to help my lil brother win. Right now we have 20,000 points. Unfortunately it seems like we’re going to need a lot more points for a chance to win. If anyone has any points available I’d be very interested in a trade! I’m hoping to get about 10k more in points. I have lots of gift cards and prizes available to trade. You can message me on Facebook if interested. https://facebook.com/lisa.dion.14?__user=100002028958393

I am late to the party. I understand there is no way for me to get an xbox one. I am shooting for Mtn Dew branded mini fridge and / or a T-shirt. I would be grate full for any unused codes. 10k points a little hard to come by now.
Please send to [email protected]

I cant figure out how to gift points! SOMEONE please help me. DO you have to be signed into facebook or what/?!!
Jennifer says
You do have to connect your every2minutes account with facebook. You must also be friends with the person you are gifting points to.
Once you connect, click on any auction and a Gift Points button will be on the side. It will then connect with your facebook friends and show you any facebook friends that are also connected to every2minutes.com.
You can gift there.
Hope this helps.

Has anyone else had problems entering codes? The code I have is relatively simply, there are no letters that could be mistaken for numbers but it will not accept the code. When I look in the FAQ (a complete joke), it indicates that if a number isn’t accepted you have either entered it incorrectly or it has already been use. It has NOT been entered incorrectly and it is the first one I have tried to enter.
