Eligibility: open only to legal United States residents physically residing in one of the 50 United States/District of Columbia and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry; or legal Canadian residents physically residing in Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, who are at least the age of majority in their province/territory of residence as of the date of entry, void in PR.
