My package reads,(congratulations,You’ve reunited the M&M’S brand characters).The package shows a picture of yellow,orange,blue,green,red.What about brown?We had at least 4 brown ones & ate them first!The characters are not complete without the brown ones! Thank-you Lyle J Becker

I just got a “Congratulations, You’re a winner) and when I called in to redeem my prize..it told me that I didnt win anything. Is this wrong?? WTF. I dont see it say anywhere that this could happen. Im a little upset over this. I entered everything correctly as per the promps.

The same thing happened to me today. I don’t understand it. Why would my wrapper say “Congratulations, you’re a winner. You reunited the M&M’s” and give me the number to call to find out what my prize is, only to say “oh I’m sorry, you’re not a winner, but you can buy another pack of M&Ms to try and win the $100,000 prize”. Don’t waste my time and get my hopes up by telling me I have a winning wrapper, having me call #877wereunite, enter my zip code, birth date, and 15 digit code on the wrapper, and then tell me I didn’t win anything. If my wrapper was not a winner, the wrapper should have said the standard “Sorry. Try again”. I am so angry and annoyed. I used to enjoy eating M&M’s, a treasured treat from my childhood, but now they just leave a sour taste in my mouth. It’s too bad, I will not be purchasing M&M’s anymore.

I finally found a wrapper w/ a code in it, after the contest was over. how nice. NOT!! Shouldn’t the companies have to send back the unsold game wrappers if contest is over? this is confusing to people. Its even a wrapper with all the characters on it. This is so sad. guess I’ll never worry about trying to play another game. All a bunch of hype and disappointment. no one ever wins.
