Rules:

ELIGIBILITY. You must be 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to participate.

DATES. To be eligible to win, a player must register for the Game by June 30, 2010, complete the required challenges and activities by November 30, 2010.

HOW TO PLAY. Entries may be made by two ways

1. Register to play The Frugality Game at www.TheFrugalityGame.com

2. Become a fan of the official Frugality Game Fan Page on the Facebook website and remain a fan until after the prize is awarded.

PRIZES.

$50,000. The total value of the winner’s eligible debt at the time of selection, up to $50,000.

A new Smart Car®. Minimum total value $14,000, but not to exceed $20,000.

DRAWING. Winners will be selected by random drawing from qualified participants from the winners round. Random drawings will be held by December 15, 2010 .
