  1. Okay not sure why but they will not accept my daughters name very disappointing keeps saying Please type in a valid first name to continue. Guess we are unable to do this one. 🙁

  2. Just won the back to school prize pack- a notepad and pen. Had two codes I sent away for.

  3. I won a fairy princess prize pack for my little girl at about 11 pm.

  4. Won again tonight..a Barbie fashionista prize pack

    • How did you win twice? How many codes did you have and did you purchase items or send away for the codes? I’ve entered 4 different codes and haven’t won anything. My daughter gets upset every time we enter a code. I wonder if it has to do with what state you live in??

      • My daughter received some Barbies for her birthday, so I used those codes. It was different days she has leukemia and her steroids keep her up at night, so we play them late.

  5. Maybe its me, but for the past few weeks I’ve noticed the SAME NAMES pop up for certain prizes. I know its more than one prize you can win, but maybe it should’ve been one big prize per person and unlimited small prizes. These people know EXACTLY when to show up to win SHOPPING SPREES and its always the same names. I know you gotta get a code, but it just seems strange that its ALWAYS the same names. I’ve tried and won a Fairy Prize Pack for my granddaughter, but I couldn’t help but notice those names. It should be fair for everyone and it just looked a little fishy to me. Just wanted to share that with everyone and good luck to you all.

  6. Christina H says:

Just won the Back-to-School Prize Packs.

  7. Sent away for 10 codes and won nothing – that’s just the way it is sometimes. Better luck with others I suppose.

  8. Won Barbie fashionista prize pack, code from sending away. I see there are free codes to obtain on the site now, but when entered say they have been used. Anyone else tried free codes from the rules?

    • Yes. I played with the free codes fine for a few days & then started receiving that “Oops, looks like you’ve already used that code.” Sometimes I’d get that “Oops” 8-10 times in a row…it was almost like the code was being hijacked. Then I’d finally get through & someone had won. I’ve won plenty of times on the cheapest prizes, but it was pretty frustrating to see that I had missed the really great prizes by just a matter of seconds. I am not kidding you…last week I was playing when someone won the $2500 shopping spree. I was playing over and over and then her name scrolled across the top. A few days ago a virus attacked my computer when I was playing the game, but I also had a sweepstakes website up, so I don’t know if either was the cause. I got rid of the virus and so far have not had the “Oops” again. Hmmm…either Barbie fixed the problem or it was an issue with my computer.

  9. Was ill for a while and forgot to post that my child won a $2,500 shopping spree. Thanks so much Sweetie.

  10. Has anyone gotten their “doll” prizes? We received the back to school prizes which I won after the barbie doll prizes and we haven’t received any dolls yet.

  11. My daughter won 2 back to school packs and a fairy when the sweeptakes started and she hasn’t receive them, I tried contacting the and they wont answer.

    • My daughter received her fairy doll today threw fed ex, it was the doll and a 16.99 debit card! Seems like they got sent out, so she should get it soon, we’re waiting for the fashionista prize pack also.

      • roundfile says:

I also received two of my daughters fairy prize packs today via fed ex. They also came with $16.99 debit cards. I wonder why they also sent out debit cards? The original arv of the fairy prize pack was only $16.

  12. My daughter never got her prizes, 🙁

  13. We received some but not all of my daughter’s prizes. We’re still waiting for the DVD and a few Barbies.

  14. Does anyone have a number to contact Barbie?

    Thanks

    • Here’s a number: 800-828-4000 x5107 Robert Brady
When I called & put in a complaint at 800-524-TOYS(8697), Robert called me & said my complaint was forwarded to another division or something. That was June 16th & I’m still waiting. I called Robert last week & left him a voice message. No response yet. Maybe if all of us who are still waiting call him, things might be expedited. Please let me know if you have any luck. I’m going to try calling again this week and will post my results.

    • Those numbers I posted are good. Consumer affairs sent us the missing Fashionista dolls. They no longer have the DVD, so they mailed us a voucher for $25 off a Mattel purchase.
