Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States, who live in a Charter Communications serviceable area (excluding NY) and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Sweeties Tip: You don’t have to be a Charter member, just live in the Charter area. The first page will determine if you are eligible when you put in your zip code.

Entry Dates: begins on July 15, 2009 and ends at 12:00 p.m. CT on September 15, 2009.

How to enter: two ways

Online: Visit connect.charter.com/laptop and type in your zip code to see if you are eligible. Then just fill out the entry form – once.

By Mail: hand print the words, Charter Communications, “Back to School Sweepstakes”, your name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, age and e-mail address (if applicable) on a 3″ by 5″ card and mailing it in an envelope to:

Entry Limit: only one entry per household. One entry makes you eligible for each daily drawing.

Prizes: there will be sixty-three (63) Prizes awarded (one Prize Winner every day for sixty-three (63) days). The Prize consists of a a HP 550 Notebook PC – Model KS158UT and a NeoTec Computer Backpack. The approximate total retail value of the Prize is $415.00.

Drawing Date: A total of sixty-three (63) Prize Winners will be selected in a random daily drawing (1 Prize Winner each day for sixty-three (63) days) from among all eligible entries, beginning on or about July 22, 2009. The Winner will be notified by telephone, e-mail or mail service beginning on or about July 22, 2009.
