If you would like to be included in the weekly winner’s post please email me your prize story or photos. I don’t answer every email but I will definitely post your story. If you have a story of how you are now winning locally from radio stations, grocery stores or something else I’d love to share your story. Entering locally is really the best way to win other than instant win games.

When I first started sweeping last June, I confidently assured my Boyfriend that I would win us a trip, because I read about people winning trips all the time. Shortly after, I regretted being so cocky about winning a trip. I finally made good on my promise!

Today I came home to a UPS envelope and affidavit stating that I won $1,000. This is my BIGGEST win yet!!!! Someone heard my prayer. I was just complaining about January being a slow month and look what happened!!

Today I had my first SSS win. Footlongs for a year ($260 Subway card) from the …..Sweepstakes!! On a whim, I decided to play the token game and couldn’t believe the screen when it said that I won. Bring on the Italian BMT on wheat.

I’m a winner in the ………….Sweep!! The letter says prize is $200 awarded in the form of a check. I’m so happy, the cash will come in Handy!

On another note: I’m a semi-finalist in the …………. Sweep” – you had to write a short essay about the most romantic city in the US. I’m one of 12 -now it’s a “Vote 4 Me” situation. The good news is that the voting only lasts tomorrow thru Thursday the 28th. I’m going to post a Vote 4 me in the appropriate section – but if it’s ok, I’ld like to ask people to vote for me in Chat. I promise not to make a pest of myself. This is my first time in a vote-off. I would love to win, the prize is a trip to the Korbel Winery in Sonoma, CA. My boyfriend is turning 50 this year – that would be a great B-Day present!

I’m so excited! I just started entering sweepstakes in Oct. (after winning a trip to Disney from a local radio station). January has been WONDERFUL for me! Earlier in the month I won $100 from Best Buy and a digital picture frame.

It’s been awhile but I have a couple wins to share. My boyfriend and I went to CO at the beginning of January and when we got home there was a package from a videodetective.com contest (www.videodetective.com), a prize pack for the movie The Informant, which included a cool mug, hat, shirt, some coasters, and a couple other little things. It was a nice welcome home surprise 🙂

Then last week I got a $100 Southwest Airlines giftcard from the 7UP/Southwest Airlines Up, Up and Away Sweepstakes! (sweetiessweeps.com/2009/09/7upsouthwest-airlines-up-up-away.html) I’d already won a free 2-liter before, so that’s what I was expecting, but to my delight it was a $100 gift card!
