Requests sent in an envelope will not be accepted. Mail-in requests must be postmarked by June 21, 2019 and received by July 1, 2019. Administrator will send one Code per Mail-In Request by e-mail to the e-mail address provided on the request. Mail-in requests must be original and hand-written. No mechanical reproductions are allowed. Each Code that
you receive via email must be entered into the App during the Promotion Period in order to be entered into the Sweepstakes and receive a Game Play.
