For this sweepstakes from best buy “Best Buy ultimate space ” sweepstakes I have been entering my best buy number, the scrambled code and checked the over 18. Upon entering, the screen grays out and I have to reenter the scramble code again, and again and again. This started April 4th. What could be the problem?

has anyone figured out what is causing the screen graying out, they having to enter the codes again?
