Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Must be a member of the Vault Rewards program and have either a Jared account, a Kay account, a Kay Outlet account, a Zales account, or a Zales Outlet account to participate in this promotion.

Membership in the Vault Rewards program is free. Jared, Kay, Kay Outlet, Zales and Zales Outlet accounts are also free.

Upon submitting the registration form, follow the on-screen instructions to play the Instant Win Game by selecting a gift card prize category. There are four Instant Win gift card prize categories an entrant may pick: (i) home décor; (ii) beauty; (iii) restaurant; or (iv) Jared, Kay or Zales. Once a gift card prize category is selected, it may not be changed, and the entrant will have a chance to win a gift card associated with that category.

Instant Win Prizes (108): $100 electronic retailer gift card associated with the prize category the
potential winner selected during registration, as follows:
