I won three prizes and received a confirmation email. I have not received any of the prizes and I did email them about the prizes on July 1st and have not had a response.
I’m hoping(?) the reason prize redemption is going so slowly is that they’re just having trouble finding enough workers to handle the packing and shipping of the physical prizes. Fingers crossed we’ll all get our prizes soon.

I recieved my brümate, ring light and whoop strap however the 12 month membership for the whoop strap was not included and that’s most of the value $30 a month for 12 months the strap is worthless without the membership… hope yall recieve your prizes soon…
Hi Amy, I won the Whoop strap too & also thought the same. I realized the membership is included. You have to enter a debit/credit card but it won’t charge you until 1 year later. It says I have 11 credits remaining. I used a visa gift card that had a $2 balance. Hope this helps!
