My gf and I are A-List members. Last night, we got our tickets and went to see the Jumanji movie. This morning I tried to play the game. I got to the ice wall and it asked for a purchase code. I entered the order number that I received when I got my tickets. Denied. I contacted AMC customer support and was told that A-List purchases are excluded from receiving the purchase code required by the game. She said because we didn’t *PAY* for our tickets. So – isn’t that the point of being an A-List member? She said it was a ‘Bonus’ for those who actually paid for their tickets. I mean they jam the list of A-List privileges down our throats prior to every movie you go to – but your ‘purchase’ isn’t really a purchase in terms of promotional contests. Up until today, I would have told you that AMC A-List was about as solid a program as there was. Unfortunately, there is now a chink in that armor.
