Official Rules: US, 18+. Begins on August 2 and ends on September 30, 2018. One entry per person per day. Non-winning entries WILL roll over into subsequent Daily Entry Period drawings, if any.

Grand Prize (1): A Tiny House with an of $55,000; a selection of Cost Plus World Market furnishings with an ARV of $5,000; and a $1,000 Cost Plus World Market gift card. Grand Prize winner will be responsible for all costs and expenses related to the prize that are not specifically mentioned, including, but not limited to, all expenses and costs required to complete construction of the Tiny House, any required licenses or permits (including, without limitation, any permits required to transport and utilize the Tiny House), all expenses relating to title, insurance, etc. The Tiny House will include a bathroom kit (shower, sink, toilet), a Kitchenette deluxe (stove, refrigerator, sink), insulation, an electrical kit RV panel (30 amp sub panel box), dual heater A/C unit, and washer dryer stacker, however it will not be delivered as a fully built tiny house fit for habitation. Assembling and finishing construction of the Tiny House is the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Tiny House is built onto a trailer which will be dropped off and backed into a spot or place determined by the Grand Prize winner by a delivery company. Grand Prize winner must have a sufficient location for delivery of the Tiny House with sufficient square footage to accommodate the house. ARV: $61,000

Note: The Grand Prize winner may elect to receive a $4,000 Cost Plus World Market gift card in lieu of the Tiny House portion of the Grand Prize.
