Official Rules: open to US, DC, Puerto Rico, 18 and older. Begins on February 1 and ends on May 31. One entry per person, however more than one member from the same family may enter.

You will need to submit a photo (with caption), slide show video (with caption) or video (not to exceed 3-minutes in length) nominating living fathers/father figures highlighting why your nomination is Hall of Fame worthy. HINT: Qualities that demonstrate distinctive attributes including active family leadership, community support and exemplary character.

Your Entry will be open to public voting. Voting will determine up to fifty-two finalists that will advance to the Phase Two portion of the Contest.

Phase One Public Voting will not determine the 52 winners but will be part of the Judges criteria. When voting please use the Judges criteria to cast your vote. LIMIT: One vote per person during the Public Voting Period per Entry however you may vote on as many Entries as you wish.

Judging Criteria: 40% Number of votes received during Phase One Public Voting; 30% Strength of overall compliance to the Contest theme; 30% Quality of Entry and ability of Entry to raise an emotion by Judges.

One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize Winner (the Nominee) may select one of the following Grand Prizes:

A) Trip for two to the 2018 Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Ceremony in Canton, OH. Pro Football Hall of Fame: Four nights (double occupancy) hotel accommodations; Round-trip (coach class) air transportation form a major airport nearest the winner’s home
address to the prize destination city; Tickets to Enshrinement Events; $1,000 towards travel expenses

B) the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Enshrinement Ceremony in Springfield, MA. Two nights (double occupancy) hotel accommodations Round-trip (coach class) air transportation form a major airport nearest the winner’s home address to the prize destination city; Tickets to Enshrinement Events; $1,000 towards travel expenses

C) $5,000 in lieu of any travel prize.
