Point Redemption Entry: Pampers Rewards codes are available inside packages of Pampers Diapers, Pampers Training Pants and Pampers Baby Wipes. To join the Pampers Rewards program and for the complete list of Pampers products that contain Pampers Rewards codes and the corresponding Pampers Rewards Points, visit pampers.com. There is no charge to join. You must redeem fifty Rewards Points to receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. You must be logged in to view Pampers Rewards.
Mail-in Without Point Redemption Entry: hand print your complete name, address, city, state, zip code, month/year of birth, and email address on a plain 3″ x 5″ piece of paper, inserting it into an envelope, affixing sufficient postage and mailing it, in a hand-addressed envelope, to:

Each entry must be mailed separately, be postmarked by May 15, 2017 and received by May 22, 2017, to be eligible for the Sweepstakes Drawing. Limit one entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced mailed entries permitted.
One (1) Grand Prize: A 3-day/2-night trip to Langhorne, PA for winner and up to three guests to Sesame Place. Prize includes round-trip coach class air transportation for up to four from major airport nearest winner’s home, hotel accommodations (one standard room quad occupancy [two adults and two children]), four two-day tickets valid for admission to Sesame Place on regular operating days during the 2017 season and a character dining experience for up to four. ARV: $2,646.
