Eligibility: US, DC, Canada (excluding Quebec), 18/age of majority and older, who possess a valid driver’s license issued in your state of residence
Entry Dates: The Sweepstakes allows for early sign-up to begin on or about Thursday, February 22, 2017. The Sweepstakes will commence on March 12, 2017 and run through the end of the final game of the Tournament, scheduled for April 3, 2017
Random Drawing: on or around Tuesday, April 11, 2017. The Prizes will be awarded to randomly selected participants who are among the top ten percent (10%) of point scorers in each round of this Sweepstakes.

On March 12, 2017, the selection committee of the Tournament will seed the qualifying college basketball teams of the Tournament. Participants will attempt to select the winners of all the games of the Tournament for each round of play during the Tournament, presented on the CBS Sports Service in the form of a bracket. Participants will earn points by correctly predicting the winning teams in the games of the Tournament. Additional points can be scored Making Picks.
The Tournament is divided into six individual rounds, all six Rounds make up the Sweepstakes. Participation in all Rounds is not required, participants can play in one or more Rounds, at their sole discretion. Participation in all six Rounds is encouraged as it may increase the chances of winning, Participants may receive up to a maximum of six entries per person (one per each Round) into the Sweepstakes. Eligible Participants whose scores place them among the top ten percent (10%) of point scorers in each Round, and among the top ten percent (10%) of point scorers over all 6 Rounds, will be entered into the random prize drawings to win a Prize.
Deadlines for submitting your picks for each Round of the Tournament are as follows:
- Round One: 11:00 a.m. ET on Thursday March 16, 2017
- Round Two: 12:00 noon ET on Saturday March 18, 2017
- Round Three: 7:00 p.m. ET on Thursday March 23, 2017
- Round Four: 4:30 p.m. ET on Saturday March 25, 2017
- Round Five: 6:00 p.m. ET on Saturday April 1, 2017
- Round Six: 9:00 p.m. ET on Monday April 3, 2017
Making Picks
After you sign up and the matchups have been announced, you will have access to the online Bracket page listing 60 of the 68 eligible NCAA® Division I Men’s College Basketball Tournament teams and their match-ups.
Note: The 61st through 64th teams will be determined by the first four games of the Tournament, played on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 and Wednesday, March 15, 2017. Those games will not be counted in this Sweepstakes. Prior to completion of those games, the 61st through 64th teams will be listed on our Brackets page as “Team 1/Team 2”, and Participants are free to pick “Team 1/Team 2” in the first round, if they want to submit picks before such games are completed.
Participants must enter their projected winners for all games in a given Round of the Tournament. Participants will receive one point for each team they correctly predict wins its game in the Tournament.
Entry Limit: one entry per person, per round for a maximum of six entries for the entire Sweepstakes Period.
One (1) Grand Prize: two tickets to the 2018 Final Four games (tickets include entry into the Semi-Finals and Final games) and $500 cash towards travel. ARV: $2,500
