You’re looking at a 10hr flight from NY & longer depending on what state you are coming from. So let’s say it’s 24hrs of flying not including getting to and from the airport plus 3 hrs X2 for being at the airport early, for less than 4 day’s on the ground in Italy, you would be so jet legged you wouldn’t know what day it was then you would have to get right back onto the plane & come home.
Nice thought, but a trip that requires so much flying needs to be at least 5-7 nights.
