Bethesda Softworks is giving away a trip for 2 to Boston to five lucky Grand Prize winners in the Fallout 4: Enter the Vault Sweepstakes. Plus, there will be 15 winners of a Custom Xbox Console (and more), and 1,650 winners of Welcome Home prizes.

With Purchase Entry: pre-order a copy of the Fallout 4 video game prior to the expiration of the Promotion Period. Upon completion of pre-order from a participating retailer, you will be provided a pre-order receipt (physical or digital) which will include a pre-order code to use on the link above to enter. If a Pre-Order Code is not provided on the receipt, upload a picture of your receipt showing the Pre-order of the Fallout 4 video game (title of game, name of retailer and date of purchase must be visible). Upon completion of upload, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the official registration.

Without Purchase Mail-in Entry: Hand-print your name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, and email address (optional) on a plain 3″ x 5″ piece of paper, place in a stamped envelope and mail to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 10, 2015 and received by November 13, 2015 in order to be eligible. Limit of one entry per mailing envelope. Envelopes containing multiple entries will be disqualified.

Five (5) Grand Prizes: a 3-day/2-night trip for two to Boston, Massachusetts and one Fallout 4 Pip Boy. Trip consists of: roundtrip coach air transportation from a major commercial airport near Winner’s legal residence to the Logan International Airport, Boston, MA; transfers to/from airport to hotel; tour of Boston and hotel accommodations during the Trip (one standard room/double occupancy).
