How To Enter:
With Purchase Entry: Book a Trip on Orbitz.com using an Orbitz Rewards® Visa® or Visa® Signature Card or apply for an Orbitz Rewards Visa Card when booking a trip
Mail-in Entry: To enter without booking an eligible trip, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to:

Limit: One entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked by May 31, 2015 and received by June 5, 2015.
Entry Limit: a maximum of five entries total through any combination of methods
Ten (10) Grand Prizes: Reimbursement of an eligible trip booking, up to $1,500, to be paid either after travel is complete on the booked reservation or by October 31, 2015 (whichever comes first). ARV: $1,500
