Sweetie – I can not get this form to come up. Someone suggested “turn off ad blocker”, but still no luck! Any suggestions?
I just tested it using Chrome. Do you have that installed on your computer? I would suggest trying that to see if it works. If that doesn’t work, make sure you have Javascript enabled. The form seems to use that and maybe your browser or something you have installed on your computer (virus software?) is blocking it http://support2.microsoft.com/gp/howtoscript
I use Firefox & usually have no issues. Tried it on IE & got the form! Thanks for the suggestions.
I couldn’t get it to load in Firefox either until I disabled AdBlockPlus for that page and then refreshed and it worked.
I can’t get it to come up on Safari either!!
I’ve had a lot of issues with this page, on firefox – often the entry button does not respond. I just keep trying, while deleting cookies of course, and eventually I can get it to work. Most days anyway! Thanks Sweetie!
