To Obtain An Access Code:
1. Be one of the first 200 customers at a participating New York & Company store location to make a purchase during the Promotion Period (or while supplies last). Store locations
2. To obtain an access code without making a purchase, at a participating New York & Company store location visit Website click on the Get A Code link on the Home page, then click Get Code in the Official Rules to reveal an access code and follow the instructions provided to cut, copy, and paste your access code. Entries received from entrants who obtained an access code via the Sweepstakes website will be attributed to and entered into the Store Prize Drawing of the Store Location selected during the Entry process.
Entry Limit: one access code per person, regardless of store location visited or the number of purchases made. Each access code may only be used one time.
One Grand Prize: $100,000 awarded in the form of a check.
Five Hundred-twelve (512) Store Prize (one per store): $500 awarded in the form of a check.
Random Drawing: on or about December 1, 2014

It is authentic! I too received a check the other day and I had to call the telephone # on the check to see if it was valid before heading to deposit it at my bank. The lady who answered the phone said that my check for $500 was definitely valid and congratulations. She said that they don’t have to send a e-mail verification when the prize is under $600. so, congratulations to you too and enjoy your win!

I just received a check in the mail too! Is everyone 100% sure everything is legit? I am nervous about it. I did read an article about how the CEO of New York and Company was doing this sweepstake to get more shoppers in the store but I’m worried to cash my check!
