Sent text and it looks like I’m signing up for daily deals….no mention of contest.
I cant stop the daily ads. I texted stop, but they keep coming.
Type STOP in all capital letters. That worked for me
Kyle – I had the same problem after texting STOP to them. Despite getting a confirmation text yesterday, I got another ad text today. So, I called Academy Sports on their toll-free number to ask about it and they said it will take 5-7 days for the messages to stop after receiving the confirmation message yesterday. It’s a hassle since I’m on a pre-paid phone and have to pay for every incoming text, but at least the customer rep was very nice and it should stop soon.
