also they made change last month or so, now we can use the entire amount. before u had to leave $1. atleast i had to. i just buy amazon gift card with them.
unless i read this wrong, only 2 instant wins per household? i enter along with my husband and daughter. when did they change the rules?
im confused. ususally the camle & snus sweeps are separate. u can enter each of them everyday.
but this one we can only enter the instant win & the sweeps once per day no matter what site??

I won $25, and tried to use it to get an Amazon gift card, like I have been with the Mars Movie Rewards before they changed. Anyhow, Amazon says it is an invalid card number. I tried to email Camel in the addressd provided in the congrats message. It got kicked back saying MY address is disabled?!?!? I then tried a reply to the winning message and it was kicked back with the same error.
Has anyone succeeded in spending their winnings yet? How, and did you have any issues? Has anyone else tried to contact them? Camel wins have always been difficult to redeem for me.
I won $50 back in May and had no trouble registering or redeeming it on that virtual rewards site. I just won $25 and when I paste the code into the box it wants me to re-register. There is nowhere to log in after entering the code. So I started over and just logged in first, only after you log in there is nowhere to paste the code. Am I just not seeing something?
I ended up registering again using a different user name and that worked. I had no trouble on Amazon’s site buying a gift card with it. Make sure when you paste in the card number that there are no spaces at the end (or in between). Check that the address you put in on virtual rewards site and amazon billing address match. Good luck!

I won $25 awhile back and never have been able to log in to that worthless Citi Bank prepaid card site again. All I get is system busy. Try back later. Camel cash has always been a pain in the butt to try and spend.
I did get to that site when I first won. Set up user name, password and entered the code number. I retrieved the pin, exp date and what I thought was the card number…apparently it’s not as Amazon says invalid card number. But can’t get back in to see what the card number is.
