I just called, and it asked me to clearly tell them what I’d do if I took a wellday. I answered, and then the phone went dead. I wasn’t asked for any contact info or anything, so I don’t know if I’m entered. Anybody else try by phone yet?

The same thing happened to me. I answered, then nothing for a very long pause, then it hung up.

I rec’d the rules back via email, looks like they do go my the phone # associated when you call in. Here’s the rules regarding the call-in way:
(2) TOLL FREE PHONE CALL: Call the toll-free phone number 855-4-WELLDAY (the “Call”) and leave a voice message (the “Entry Voice Message”) with an explanation of what you?re going to do during your “well day”. Calls must have a message fifteen (15) seconds or less.
All entries must be received by 11:59:59 (ET) on January 31, 2014. Limit one (1) entry per person and per phone number per day, regardless of method of entry. A day is measured by ET. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the phone number associated with the entry. It is your sole responsibility to notify Sponsor in writing if you change your telephone account or mobile telephone account number before a Winner is selected.

I find it odd that they have entrants voice mail messages on their site that you can listen to along with text messages you can read.

As long as there is no personal information attached, that shouldn’t be a problem

Ricola is all natural and does the trick every time…

I guess it won’t work if you have your phone number blocked.
Laura Harrison says

Texted every day. No wins here.
Renee Signorelli says
I got a call this afternoon that I won $500 (just as I was trying to fix my washing machine). Kinda strange since this ended almost 2 months ago. I think I only entered once by calling the toll free number. It comes at the perfect time, though.
