Online Entry: redeem twenty-five (25) Rewards Coins (that you have accrued in the NFL Fan Rewards Program) in exchange for a Sweepstakes entry; and then complete and submit the provided coin redemption form.
Mail-In: To receive an entry without being a registered user on NFL.com or accruing Rewards Coins in the NFL Fan Rewards Program: During the Promotion Period, neatly hand-print or type your complete name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, daytime telephone number (including area code), email address (optional) on a plain 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail in an envelope with proper postage AND the Entry Period number (in which you are entering) in the lower left hand corner of the outer envelope to:
