Eligibility: open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories) who are eighteen (18) years of age and/or have reached the age of majority in their state of residence as of October 5, 2012.

1. Follow Torani on Pinterest
2. Create a Torani Caramel Flavor Board which features a minimum of ten (10) images pins
3. On each of your Pins include the following hash tag #ToraniCaramel
4. Submit your completed Board in the Promotion, e-mail the URL of your Board to [email protected] with a subject line of Torani Caramel Flavor Board. In the body of the email include the following:1. The URL for your Board
   2. Your first/last name
   3. The e-mail address where we can reach you if your Board is randomly selected as a winner
   4. Your (optional) phone number which can be used for winner contact purposes.

Entry Limit: one Board Submission per person/per e-mail address and there is a limit of one prize per person/per household.

Forty (40) Prizes:

• Ten (10) Mr. Coffee® Steam Espresso Machine and two bottles of Torani Caramel syrup. ARV: $65
• Ten (10) Mr. Coffee® Iced Tea Maker and two (2) bottles of Torani Caramel syrup, ARV$35
• Ten (10) Mr. Coffee® Café Frappe and two (2) bottles of Torani Caramel syrup, ARV $95
• Ten (10) Mr. Coffee® Café Latte and two (2) bottles of Torani Caramel syrup, ARV $116.

The two bottles of Torani syrup in each of the above prizes will be based on winner’s choice of regular or sugar free in the following flavors: Caramel, Classic Caramel, Salted Caramel, or Caramel Apple.

Drawing Date: on or about October 24, 2012. Potential winners will be contacted by the e-mail (and phone number, if
available) associated with their entry to confirm prize acceptance and determine an address for the purposes of prize fulfillment. Potential winners must respond within five (5) days of Prize Notification with requested information.
