How to Obtain a Code:
- With Purchase: purchase a 30 oz. fountain beverage (large size) at a participating Taco Bell location to obtain a Code on the cup, while supplies last. Cups will be available at participating Taco Bell restaurants during the In-Store Promotion Period, while supplies last.
- To obtain a Code without a purchase: Print your name and residential address, phone, date of birth and e-mail address on 3″x5″ card. Mail the card in an envelope with proper postage to the address below. Mail each request separately. No copies. Free codes will be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided within approximately 24-48 hours of receipt of a valid request, while supplies last.

I too won a 42″ VIZIO – still have not been told by Taco Bell that I was a winner. After calling VIZIO Corp. they didn;t know anything about it so I talked with a rep. on their internet live chat – after checking with the sales dept.he said “I hope you like TV – seems as though you won in a Taco Bell contest.” Forgot that I had even entered! You would have thought TB would have contacted me.
