With Purchase: use a Kmart Shop Your Way Rewards member number during a purchase at a Kmart stores by 11:59:59 PM ET on June 30, 2012 to be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes.
Entry Limit one online entry per person per day and one in-store entry per person per day per use of Shop Your Way Rewards member number during the Sweepstakes Period.
Ten (10) Grand Prizes: One hundred thousand (100,000) Kmart Shop Your Way Rewards points (ARV $100) and one TLC Extreme Prize Pack (ARV $300). ARV for each prize: $400.
