How to Enter: two ways
Test Drive: visit www.mazdatestdriveoffer.com/lorax, complete and print out a NEA’s Read Across America Tour, Driven by Mazda Official Test Drive Certificate. Then, take the Form to a participating Mazda dealership, test drive a new Mazda vehicle on or before April 2, 2012, and a Mazda sales representative will validate the Form and attach their business card for you. Once you have a completed Form, mail it to: “NEA’s Read Across America Tour, Driven by Mazda”, P.O. Box 19734, Irvine, CA 92623-9734.
Limit: One entry per envelope. All forms must be postmarked by April 9, 2012 and received by April 16, 2012
