Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. Limit one (1) entry per hand-addressed stamped outer envelope. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 11, 2010 and received by June 18, 2010.

VIA TIVO OR DIRECT DVR: Turn on your TiVo or DIRECTV DVR box between 8:00 p.m. ET on May 19, 2010 and 7:59 p.m. ET on June 2, 2010 and follow the prompts.

Entry Limit: One (1) entry per day per registered email address. One (1) DIRECTV entry per authorized account holder, per day. One (1) DISH Network entry per authorized account holder, per day. One (1) TiVo OR DIRECTV DVR entry per authorized account holder, per day.

Prizes:

(1) Grand Prize: A trip for winner and three (3) guests to New York City, NY. Grand Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guests from an airport near the winner’s home within the continental U.S. to New York, NY, two (2) double occupancy standard hotel rooms for three (3) nights, a Sex and the City 2 makeover for winner and winner’s guests (a total of four (4) makeovers), each of which may include hair styling, make-up application, and select attire; prize will be awarded in the form of a Three Hundred Dollar ($300) spa gift card and Six Hundred Sixty Dollar ($660) Visa gift card to be used for clothes shopping.
