There are three parts to this promotion – a challenge, sweepstakes and instant win game.
You must create or join a League to participate in any part of the promotion. A League consists of five to twelve Teams.

One First Prize: First Prize Winner will receive: a $10,000 (US) check.
Four Second Prize: a Sony 55” LED Smart 3D HDTV, Sony 1000W 5.1 3D Smart Blu-ray Home Theater System and iPad3 Wi-Fi 16GB. ARV: $5,000.00

How Challenge Prizes Winners are chosen:
The Grand Prize Winner will be randomly chosen from the top 5% of participants with the highest cumulative scores at the end of the Promotion Period. The First Prize Winner will be randomly chosen from the highest scoring participants in each League at the end of the Promotional Period. The Second Prize Winners will be randomly chosen from the highest scoring participants in Bonus Points for each league at the end of the Promotion Period. Weekly Prize Winners will be randomly chosen from the highest scoring participants in each league at the end of every week (ending every Sunday at 11:59:59pm ET starting on September 10 and continuing through November 2, 2012).
How Daily Prize Winners are chosen:
Daily Prize Winners will be randomly chosen from participants who answer at least one Daily Challenge correctly that day (ending every day at 11:59:59pm ET starting on September 3 and continuing through November 6, 2012).
Instant Prize Winners will be chosen at random from among eligible participants interacting with the Game by computer algorithm (starting September 3 and continuing through November 6, 2012).

Help! Does anyone know how to check in on foursquare for the bonus points?
everyone on this web page who are playing the fantasy election should go to mtv facebook and message them about problems with four square so they will realize there is a glitch and some are getting the 500 points a day while most of us are not maybe they will give all of us the points across the board if you click foursquare connect it doesnt show you all of page it cuts off the login part which you have to click randomly on bottom right in square to get it to move up so you can login but then it just takes you back to mtv fantasy election page so if everyone who playing who can login should message mtv thrufacebook so they can fix it and maybe do the right thing and give evryones team points from the start of the game

I think this is bull lol because I refuse to lie and put Obama on my team.. I get lower points every week. If these things are based by poll popularity then Obama and Romney are only off 1%-5% of each other. Unless this is done from a damn MTV kids poll.. why is there such a significant difference in points between the candidates?! They don’t rank much differently according to Gallup, PEW or Fox. How are these election points calculated?

It doesn’t say anything in the rules about max wins in the various categories but I wonder if they have a cap anyway. One more question….for Foursquare events I’m unsure if you actually have to attend a live event or if you just find one on the app and check in? How do you find the events in the first place? I’m not good with Foursquare.

I think they choose what they are giving each week. I also ask the person that wrote the email if I could win again and she said you can. As far as the Foursquare, I check in on it while doing something like watching a news cast on the election. Make sure and include #fantasyelection at the end of your check in. I usually receive the points. It’s all about educating everyone on the election. I have learned alot. All so, be sure to check in on Get Glue up to 5 times a day. Don’t forget the hashtag in each check in. Someone ask about the trophies in an earlier posting. I wish I knew something about those. I cannot even find my trophies. How do you check in to the event on Foursquare? Do you have to look up the address of the physical event first and then search on that? It seems like you can only check in by finding the address of something first. I have been sharing on Twitter 5 times a day since they posted it but I don’t think I’ve been credited at all for it. Nobody’s seen the trophies so they must’ve forgotten about that part or maybe it’s coming.
I have noticed lately that I haven’t seen the foursquare points or the getglue. Maybe I am doing something wrong or I am missing the points showing up on my points. It is confusing. Has anyone won anything this week?
I don’t get any points for that OR Twitter. Only from reading articles and answering questions. I have tried contacting them in various ways but they don’t respond. Hopefully it’s the same for everyone so we all have a fair chance.

Wow, ok so I won a $25iTunes GC a couple of weeks back, I was pretty happy.
