That link doesn’t work. Looks like the links are only temporary as I got a similar one on my phone but with 1hff at the end, and I was able to navigate to it on another phone which had not scanned the code. But my 1hff link quit working after about 2 minutes so I think they’re designed to expire fairly quick. Best bet if you’re having trouble scanning is to get a codeword from one of the in-store displays; hopefully people start posting them soon.

I have a smart phone but it doesn’t have flash. I am able to scan the barcode and get to the sight but I cannot watch the video
I’m wondering if that is my issue. I can scan it but when I click on the link, it says the video cannot be played. I thought my phone had flash, though. Frustrating!

Are the codes stackable?
You can use up to 3 codes in one transaction. You can also purchase a gift card so you do not have to use your code by November 4, 2012 as stated when you get the winning message.
you cannot use code to purchase gift card it shows that it is an order but it is canceled by the store i have tried several times to order one and they never complete the order.

The last Macy instant win game a few months ago, I used the codes to purchase a gift card with no problem. Not sure why you are not able to but I purchased 2 seperate ones.
Me too Valerie, no problem in March and April when both hubby and I won. I ordered 2 separate gift cards with no problem. This time when I called to ask why the order was cancelled they were not very nice. No worries though, I’ll make the drive to the store. Still love Macy’s!

Well, I just figure it’s people being human and making mistakes. The cashier at our register mentioned them and at the end forget them because he got distracted. I just reminded him and I got my cards. If you go back with the receipt I bet they give them to you.
