I was only able to use the free code one time. The last 2 times I’ve tried entering I received a message saying “sorry, that code is not valid.” Is anyone else having that problem?
I emailed the Hasbro company and told them of the problem.

Code didn’t work for me the first time!
The website says the code has to be 13 characters. The one I had only contained 7.
The code has to be typed in and not copy and pasted.
My problem is that I put in the code and the wheel just keeps spinning and will not stop. Play Doh does not have a button to click if there is some type of problem.

I finally matched my color after spinning the wheel. But the next page said Sorry you didn’t win! What? I tried calling Hasbro but they are already closed. I’m going to email them. Has this happened to any one else?

I thought it just happened to me or I got the wrong color. My son was witness to it and said, “Mom you got the right color and still didn’t win”.

it just happend to me as well. my colors were an exact match. did you ever a get a response. i wonder if it is a color problem. what color did you land on? mine was the darker turquoise color. not the light turquoise/blue
Mine was yellow with yellow. I contacted them and I was told that my email address didn’t state a win in their records. Therefore, they can’t give me the win. Gotta take the lose on this one.
To ShellyP & Donna, Hasbro emailed my husband back & this was what they said,”Thank you for contacting Hasbro, Inc. We are sorry to advise that the information that you have requested is not readily available. We are sharing your question with those internal parties who are more familiar with this piece of our business. We will respond to you, as soon as we receive the information from then. We thank you, in advance, for your patience.” I’m still waiting on Hasbro’s next response and I will let you ladies know of their decision once we have been notified. I thought I won too with yellow but then I realized that it was just that the “Spin” button was yellow, not “your winning color”. Maybe that’s what happened to you too?
It just happened to me, I got all excited my color matched and then it told me Sorry you didn’t win, my color was dark purple.
I’ve been playing the Play-doh Instant Win game everyday and until today I have not had a matching color after Spinning the wheel. My third spim was a match. It was yellow. I was happy thinking that I won. Well the page after you spin said “Sorry. You didn’t win ths time.” What? I know the colors matched up. Has this happened to anyone else? I called Hasbro but they were already closed for the day. I emailed them too. I even took pictures. I guess I’ll have to wait & see.
The same thing happened to me last week. I emailed them about it but have not heard a response yet. Maybe its a scam.

make sure there isnt a space before you enter the code.. I had that problem too….. just make sure there isnt any spaces… hope that helps

I had the same problem as everyone else mine landed on the yellow and I had the color yellow. I thought that I won, was getting all happy and stuff thinking a I won a $50 gift card. The sceen said Sorry you are not a winner–what???, it landed on the same color. This has been happening to a lot of people. Must be some kind of joke or something–not amused.
I’m with the group of matching colors and it landing on the right color. I had teal and it landed on teal… no instant win. They really should program the game to not land on the matching color unless it is really a win
