Prizes: Sweepstakes Prize: (1) One Grand Prize: a 2010 Toyota Prius (base model). ARV: $28,000. Winner must take delivery of the vehicle within 90 days of notice of availability from Sponsor-selected dealer near winner’s residence and will be responsible for sales tax, registration, license, title, delivery and insurance fees and cost of any available optional equipment not provided with vehicle. Winner must have valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance to take delivery. Vehicle awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in promotional materials. Vehicle color, trim level, options and equipment will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $28,000.

Instant Win Prizes:

(100) First Prizes: $100 Gift Card to a major grocery store chain as determined by Sponsor at time of award.

(3,000) Second Prizes: A free 16.9 fl. oz. bottle of ITO EN tea or a 6.4 fl oz can of ITO EN Shot Teas (awarded as a coupon). ARV: $1.83.

Prize Limit: one instant win prize per email address/person per week.

Grand Prize Sweepstakes/Second Chance Drawing: On or about 9/21/09, from all eligible entries received, a random drawing will be conducted to award the Grand Prize and any unclaimed Instant Win prizes
