Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including D.C.) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any products, services or equipment for the purposes of entering this Promotion..

Timing: The Contest begins on November 2, 2009 by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, ends on April 2, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. ET and consists of three (3) phases:

• Judging: 2/3/10-2/19/10
• Voting: 2/20/10-4/2/10
• Instant Win Game: 11/2/09-4/2/10

Complete the registration, including a valid email address and phone number. Submit one (1) humorous and comical essay or video describing your funniest vacation story in order to receive one (1) entry into the Contest (the “Submission”). By uploading your Submission, you agree that your Submission conforms to the Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove your Submission and disqualify you from the Contest if it believes, in its sole discretion, that your Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions see official rules.

The Instant Win Game: During the Instant Win Game Period, visit www.yourfatchance.com and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration form.

Contest Entry Limit: You may submit only one (1) Submission during the Submission Phase.

Instant Win Game Limit: Each participant may play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
