By Mail: To enter for free without a Promotion Code, hand print your name, home address (no P.O. Boxes), birth date and phone number on a 3” x 5” card, and mail it in an envelope to:

Mail-in entrants must include a phone number for prize notification purposes. Limit one entry per postmarked outer envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 9/14/11 and received by 9/21/11. Mail-in entries must be handwritten. No mechanical reproductions of 3” x 5” card will be permitted.

Entry Limit: one entry per person per day regardless of entry method. A “Day” is defined as the 24-hour period beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. ET through 11:59:59 p.m. ET each day during the Promotion Period. Maximum of one hundred seven (107) entries per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.
