I have been reading your magazine faithfully for the last two years and enjoy it immensely. I use the recipes and incorporate some of the excersises in my daily workout. However, I would like to see more info geared to women my age. I workout daily 5 to 6 times a week, my blood pressure is 117/70, my weight is a healthy 130 and I work full time. This holiday season more than normal, i.e. 50 hours of overtime in the first pay period in December. I am giving you all this info because in 6 months I will be 60 years old. I plan on living until at least 100, and have the genetics to back that up, and always need more info on being healthy and staying healthy. Thanks for the great job you do monthly keep up the good work.
