Winners of Sweeties Secret Sweeps Giveaway

I have picked the winners for my secret site giveaway. Before I list the names I wanted to tell you that I had multiple people who did not follow the rules and were therefore disqualified.

• One person entered 23 times in a row using the same email address and then again 14 more times later
• One person entered 36 times in a row using the same email address.
• One person entered 74 times in a row using the same email address.
• One person entered 10 or more times using 10 different email addresses for themselves and then 10 times with 10 different email addresses for their spouse/partner.

Those people were disqualified. Not only did these few people disqualify themselves, they are not welcome to join my new site even if they pay. Cheaters NEVER win! At least not with me! It’s definitely not fair to the 99% of the people to enter correctly and play fair.

My rules are not very different than any standard sweepstakes so if you didn’t follow the rules on my site it is most likely you will not follow it on a big company’s site.

Lots of people entered two times in a row using the same email address so I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they thought their entry did not go through the first time because I did not find their entry anywhere else in the list. I deleted one of their entries and let them stay in the drawing.

My rules stated that you could get one entry per person by entering your name and email address in the entry form. I also allowed you to enter for your spouse/partner if you like as long as they had their own email address. You could get a second entry by telling someone about my new site. 99% of the people entering followed those rules.

When you do not follow the rules you get yourself disqualified and you waste your time. We’re back to my original post about how many email addresses you should use to enter a sweepstakes. To the people who did not follow the rules: Do you think that nobody is really looking at the entries just because you don’t see them on the other side of your computer screen? Think again.
