Entry Limit: you may enter multiple times but each photo must be of a different Halloween sweet treat you created.
Three (3) Prizes: three winners will each receive the Wilton Ultimate Decorating Set. Prize package valued at approximately $199.00.
Winner Selection: Three winners will be selected in a random drawing and will be notified via the email address provided with the entry form within 10 days of the end of the sweepstakes.
