Official Rules: Open to US, DC, (excluding Alaska, Hawaii), 21 and older. Begins on April 18, 2017 and ends on May 14, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT. Random Drawing on or about April 19, April 24, May 1, May 8, and May 15, 2017. Entry Limit: One entry per person per day. Non-winning entries from one Periodic Sweepstakes Period WILL roll over into future Periodic Sweepstakes Periods.

Potential winners must have access to a landline telephone and be available to speak between the hours of 7:00 a.m. PT and 8:00 a.m. PT weekdays and 11:00 a.m. PT and 12:30 p.m. PT on Mondays and Thursdays during the Play Period.

Each Potential Winner will be notified by telephone or email within one calendar day of selection with instructions on how to qualify for a chance to win a prize  during the taping of The Wendy Williams Show during the Play Period. Once qualified, each Winner will be called during the taping of The Wendy Williams Show scheduled to air on or about April 27, 2017 at 7:00 a.m. PT through May 24, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. PT. During the relevant Play Period, a Sweepstakes challenge question will be posed to the Potential Winner to determine which Prize, as described in Section 7 below, the Winner will receive.

If the Potential Winner answers the challenge question correctly that Wendy asks, he/she will receive the Prize Package previously selected for the corresponding Play Period. Each challenge question will be about something that happened or was said in an episode of The Wendy Williams Show during the seven days prior to the episode in which potential Winner is playing. Potential Winner will have fifteen seconds total to provide the correct answer audibly by telephone. If a potential Winner does not answer the challenge question correctly or fails to answer the question within fifteen seconds, as determined by Sponsor or Administrator it is sole and absolute discretion, the Potential Winner’s Prize will be a $250 gift card.

Twenty (20) Prizes (one per show): Each Prize (except for gift card Prizes) consists collectively of the Destination and one of the five Prize Packages described below.

Roundtrip coach air transportation for Winner and one guest between a major airport closest to Winner’s residence  and an airport in the vicinity of Las Vegas, NV; Three nights/four days single room, double-occupancy hotel accommodations at the Excalibur Hotel, which includes the room rate and taxes; Buffet for two at the Excalibur Hotel, which will consist of a cash equivalent, such as a gift card for one meal; two VIP tickets to a performance of the Thunder from Down Under show at the Excalibur Hotel and Casino and souvenir photo of the cast of the Thunder from Down Under; and Dinner for two at TAO restaurant in The Venetian Las Vegas, which will consist of a cash equivalent, such as a gift card, or in any other manner at the VGNO’s discretion for one meal plus club access to TAO.

In addition to the Destination, each Winner who answers the question correctly, as described above, will win one of five different Prize Packages, selected by Sponsor as described above:

• Girls Night Outback includes one NS4G Pole Dancing Class for two. ARV: $2,393.88

• Thunder Storm includes a limousine ride with champagne, mini tour, and photo opportunity with the cast of the Thunder from Down Under for two. ARV: $2,408.38

• Boyz Crazy includes two VIP tickets to a performance of Boyz II Men + M&G at The Mirage. ARV: $2,650.76

• Gimme More includes two VIP tickets to a performance of Britney Spears at Planet Hollywood. ARV: $2,901.88

• Divas Day Out includes two VIP tickets to a performance of Frank Marino’s Divas at The Linq. ARV: $2,445.88
