Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 30 2015, and received by December 7, 2015 in order to be eligible. Enter as often as you wish; however, each mail-in entry will count as one entry into the drawing and must be mailed in a separate postmarked-and-stamped envelope.

One (1) Grand Prize: a 4-day/3-night trip for two people, (winner and 1 guest) to see Super Bowl 50 in Santa Clara, CA, from 2/6/16 –2/9/16. Prize includes two tickets to Super Bowl 50, round-trip coach air transportation for two people from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest the winner’s home, transportation to/from airport and hotel and all scheduled activities, hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), two tickets to NFL Experience, Hop-on, Hop-off Tour, Visa Super Bowl–themed merchandise (for winner only), $1,000 spending money (for winner only) to be awarded in the form of a check, a $500 Visa Gift Card (for winner only), and $6,400 cash (awarded in the form of a check to winner) that can be used toward the payment of taxes associated with the prize.
