I don't consider this a prize either because it requires you to lay out approx. $40 bucks for a bra first, and they send these types of coupons in the mail all the time anyway.

Actually, I don't think that panty coupon is actually a win. If you look at the list of prizes above it isn't listed. It is probably something that everyone gets and is designed to get you into the store to buy. I got one in the mail because I am on their mailing list. Keep trying. There are real prizes to be won.
