For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a single family residence is defined as one that is (a) a free-standing residential structure intended for use by one (1) owner as a single-dwelling unit, (b) has no shared walls, (c) stands on its own land and (d) is not attached to homes owned by other individuals. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, townhomes and condominiums are not considered single-family residences.
National Prizes:
Grand Prize Winner. The first Entrant chosen in the Drawings will be named the “Grand Prize Winner” and awarded $25,000 presented in the form of a check. ARV of the prize is $25,000
Second Place Winner. The second Entrant chosen in the Drawings will be named the “Second Place Winner” and awarded $10,000 presented in the form of a check. ARV of this prize is $10,000

In order to be eligible to win a Local Prize, the Entrant must physically reside within a fifty (50) mile radius of the Business Sponsor awarding the Local Prize.
Local prizes such as gift cards, gift certificates, tickets and vouchers may be awarded by a Business Sponsor in a random drawing as further detailed below and in the Publication’s sole discretion. In order to be eligible to win a Local Prize, the Entrant must physically reside within a fifty (50) mile radius of the Business Sponsor awarding the Local Prize.
