UPtv’s Most Uplifting Christmas Sweepstakes Ever

UPtv’s Most Uplifting Christmas Ever is a sweepstakes that celebrates the holiday season and the true meaning of Christmas. The sweepstakes offers a $10,000 cash prize to the grand prize winner, and UPtv will donate an additional $10,000 to the charity of the winner’s choice.

Official Rules: Open to US, 18 and older. Ends on December 31, 2024. Entry Limit is one person

Grand Prize (1): $10,00 awarded in the form of a check. In addition to awarding the Grand Prize to the confirmed Grand Prize winner, Sponsor will also donate $10,000 to an eligible 501(c)(3) organization (“Charity”) selected by the confirmed Grand Prize winner subject to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Only the Sponsor will make the donation to the Charity. The Grand Prize winner will not be making any donation in the Sweepstakes and will not receive a receipt, nor will they be eligible to claim any charitable deductions on their tax returns as a result of this Sweepstakes.

Weekly Prizes (8 – one per week): an annual subscription to the UP Faith & Family subscription video on demand service. ARV: $59.99

Each winner of a Weekly Prize must create an account on the Service site and provide a credit card or other payment method accepted for access to the Service following the expiration of the Weekly Prize. Each Weekly Prize winner must expressly agree that Sponsor is authorized to charge the Weekly Prize winner a periodic subscription fee on an ongoing/recurring basis corresponding to the term of the Weekly Prize winner’s subscription following the expiration of the Weekly Prize, any other fees for additional services the Weekly Prize winner may purchase, and any applicable taxes in connection with the Weekly Prize winner’s use of the Service unless cancelled by the Weekly Prize winner. If a Weekly Prize winner wants to use a different Payment Method than the one selected by the Weekly Prize winner during registration, or if there is a change in a Weekly Prize winner’s credit card validity or expiration date, the Weekly Prize winner may edit his or her Payment Method information by logging in on the Service website to update his or her account information. If the Weekly Prize winner’s Payment Method expires and such Weekly Prize winner does not edit his or her Payment Method information or cancel his or her account to the Service, the Weekly Prize winner authorizes Sponsor to continue billing, and such Weekly Prize winner will remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.
