Under Armour Athletes Win Sweepstakes

You could win a grand prize to Super Bowl XLIV in Miami this year.

Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Maine) and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.

Entry Dates: begins on November 13, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on January 3, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET. The Sweepstakes consists of fifty-two (52) daily entry periods, four (4) weekly entry periods and a grand prize entry period. Each Daily Entry Period begins at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET each calendar day, the Grand Prize Entry Period runs the entire length of the Promotion Period. Weekly Entry Period drawings on or after December 7, 2009

Entry Limit: Each entrant may receive up to ten (10) entries into the drawings for the applicable Entry Periods per day through any combination of this method of entry.

Tell A Friend Program: Each entrant may receive up to six (6) entries into the drawings for the applicable Entry Periods per day during the Promotion Period through this method of entry.

Make an Under Armour Online Purchase: During the Promotion Period, visit www.underarmour.com/shop/us/en and follow the links and instructions to make a purchase of $99 or greater. For each purchase of $99 or greater, you will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period drawings. Limit: Each entrant may receive up to ten (10) entries into the drawings for the applicable Entry Periods per day through any combination of this method of entry and the “Sweepstakes Website” method described above.

Tell Us Your Under Armour Story: During the Promotion Period, visit www.underarmour.com/shop/us/en/ua-mission-story and create or login to your Under Armour account; creating an account is free. Once logged in, click ‘Tell Your Story’ and enter a story about your experience with an Under Armour product or the Under Armour brand. For each story you submit, you will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period drawings.

Rate or Review an Under Armour Product: During the Promotion Period, visit www.underarmour.com/shop/us/en, navigate to a product you’ve used, and click ‘Submit A Review’ to rate and review the product. Follow the prompts to either sign in to your account, or create an account. Creating an account is free. Once logged in, follow the instructions to rate or review a product. For each rating or review you submit, you will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period drawings.

Accept the Under Armour ATHLETES WIN application on Facebook (Open only to entrant eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry): During the Promotion Period, visit www.facebook.com and create or login to your Facebook account; creating an account is free. Once logged in, become a Facebook fan of Under Armour and accept the Under Armour ATHLETES WIN Application, enter your email address and your state of residence, and you will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period drawings. Limit: Each entrant may receive one (1) entry into the drawings for the applicable Entry Periods through this method of entry.

Invite Facebook Friends (Open only to entrant eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry): You will receive one (1) additional entry for each of your Facebook friends who enters the Sweepstakes by accepting the Under Armour ATHLETES WIN Application, after having been invited by you to do so via the Facebook “Invite A Friend” functionality.

Prizes: (2) GRAND PRIZES: A Trip for two (2) to the Super Bowl XLIV on February 7, 2010, in South Florida. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home to Miami, FL; three (3) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and two (2) tickets to the Super Bowl XLIV on February 7, 2010. ARV: $4,600

FOUR (4) WEEKLY PRIZES (one (1) per Weekly Entry Period): Winner’s choice of one (1) of the following trips: This portion of the sweepstakes is over.

a. A trip for two (2) for a football game day experience. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation from an airport near winner’s home to a major U.S. city determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; one (1) night accommodations at a hotel; and two (2) tickets to an NFL game. ARV: $1,050. Winner must travel on dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize is forfeited.

b. A trip for two (2) to an IMG Worldwide, Inc. facility for training. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner’s home to an airport near the Sponsor selected IMG training facility; five (5) nights accommodations at a hotel OR at IMG Academies; and a training experience for the winner. ARV: $2,350. Winner must travel on dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize is forfeited. ARV: $2,350.

(104) DAILY PRIZES (two (2) per Daily Entry Period): $100 Under Armour gift code. ARV: $100.

Prize Limit: One (1) Grand, Weekly and Daily Prize per person.
