Grand Prize (1): the opportunity for grand prize winner to participate in a prize determination process at a special event. During the Event, the Grand Prize Winner can select one envelope/container from among one hundred envelopes/containers. Ninety-nine of the one hundred envelopes/containers will contain a $100.00 message; one envelope/container will contain a $100,000 message. The message in the envelope/container determines the amount of the prize to be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner opening that envelope/container. The $100,000 prize, if any, will be awarded as an annuity payable at $2,500 per year for 40 years. The $100.00 prize will be awarded as a VISA Gift Card.  Selection of the Event date is at the Sponsor’s discretion. The event is currently anticipated to occur during the month of April 2025 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The date of the Event is subject to change. During March 2025, the selected Grand Prize Winner will receive three proposed dates and times for the Event in April 2025. The prize will be forfeited if the Grand Prize Winner cannot participate in the Event on one of the three dates and times specified in Las Vegas, Nevada. It may be awarded to an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The event trip consists of round trip airline transportation (coach class) for the Grand Prize Winner from the major airport nearest to the winner’s residence to Harry Reid International Airport and hotel accommodations (consisting of one single occupancy, standard room) for two consecutive nights. The exact location and date will be communicated to the Winner during winner selection/validation per the Event Details section above. ARV: $1,500.
